Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writs of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent pertaining to his order in Na.Ka.No.672/ 2018/B1 dated 06.04.2018, quash the portion of the order at page 3 in Serial No.4 relating to the petitioner herein relating to payment of monetary benefits from 18.02.2011 instead of 19.02.2009 and to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to pay the monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of regularisation namely from 19.02.2009.

C O M M O N O R D E R In respect of the relief sought for in all these writ petitions, the very writ petitioners have filed a batch of writ petitions, which were taken up for final hearing by this Court and a common order was passed by this Court in batch of writ petitions in WP Nos.3842 to 3851 of 2018 etc., batch of cases, on 28.04.2022, wherein in paragraphs 8 and 9, it has been observed as under:- 2/7

The result of the foregoing discussion is that the Petitioners are entitled to the monetary benefits from the date of their regularization and it shall be incumbent upon the Respondents to make payment of such differential amount due along with a working~sheet showing the calculation to the respective Petitioners under written acknowledgment and file a report of compliance by 31.07.2022 before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

In the upshot, the Writ Petitions are ordered on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitioners are closed. No costs.

2. In view of the fact that the monetary benefits are granted to the writ petitioners from the date of their regularisation, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the relief sought for in these writ petitions. More-so, the petitioners in all these writ petitions have filed another batch of writ petitions, which were also tagged along with the batch of cases.

3. Accordingly, all the writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
