O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the auction proceedings dated 27.08.2018, with a consequential direction to the respondents to conduct a fresh auction for the Shop No.6, Lawrence Road, Thirupathiripuliyur, Cuddalore-2.

2. After notice, this matter is taken up on several occasions and thereafter, it is listed today for further hearing.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the auction conducted, the petitioner was declared as a successful bidder, in respect of the subject matter shop.

4. In view of the above stated facts, this Court finds that nothing survives in this Writ Petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
