This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.14 of 2016 in O.S.No.12 of 2013 dated 06.04.2018 on the file of the learned District Judge, Karaikkal. 1/4

2. This Civil Revision Petition was listed "for admission" on 22.10.2018 and at request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 29.10.2018. Again, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter was adjourned on two occasions. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter "for admission". Thereafter, it is listed today.

3. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 3 years.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 23.06.2021 kv 2/4
