2.In the light of the subsequent development which has happened today before the Mediation Centre, nothing remains to be adjudicated in these revisions. Two memos of compromise, both dated 16.08.2023 filed by the parties are recorded.

3.Both the civil revision petitions are disposed of in terms of the memos of compromise. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
