The limited prayer sought for in the present revision petition is for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.8 of 2009, within the time limit.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the trial has commenced and as such, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.8 of 2009, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands ordered. No costs.
