J U D G E M E N T (Order of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J) By way of a representation dated 14.11.2017, appellant is stated to have sought for alternate employment. As the same is not considered, WP No.2950 of 2018 has been filed for a mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent therein to consider his representation dated 14.11.2017. Vide order dated 12.02.2018, writ Court dismissed W.P.No.2950 of 2018. Being aggrieved instant writ appeal has been filed.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for admission, Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that alternate employment has been provided and hence, writ appeal has become infructuous. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
