Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned orders in proceedings No. CITND 662/17 dated 09.04.2018 and Letter No.CITND-03/ 662/17 dated 25.05.2018 both on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same, in so far as the petitioners and their respective residential portions are concerned.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] By consent, the writ appeal is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this judgment. Mr.V.Anandamurthy, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

The present writ appeal is preferred against the common interim order dated 01.08.2018 made in WP.No.13846/2018 batch etc.

Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned counsel for the appellants/writ petitioners has fairly brought to the knowledge of this Court that all the writ petitions came to be dismissed vide common order dated 28.09.2018 and some clarification is also sought for in respect of the said order. Mr.V.Anandamurthy, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in the light of the dismissal of the main writ petitions, nothing remain for further adjudication in this writ appeal. This Court has considered the arguments advanced by the respective learned counsel for the parties and in the light of the dismissal of all the writ petitions vide common order dated 28.09.2018, no further adjudication is necessary. Therefore, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
