The petition in C.M.P.No.19000 of 2018 is filed to 66 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent Siddan in A.S.No.987 of 2014. The petition in C.M.P.No.19002 of 2018 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent Sidan in the above A.S.No.987 of 2014. The petition in C.M.P.No.18999 of 2018 is filed to bring the respondents 2 to 4 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent Sidan as respondents no.2 to 4 in the above A.S.No.987 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. Notice has been served on the respondents and they have not entered appearance through counsel.
