No.3296/2018] Order: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Twenty Third day of December Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 26.10.2018 and letter dated 09/11/2021 vide D.No.706/2021 from the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu in the presence of MR.N.NARAYANASWAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Additional District and Session Judge, Chengalpattu, dated 09.11.2021.

2.It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in C.R.P.(PD)No.3296 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 26.10.2018, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in O.S.No.278 of 2017, within a period of six months. However, the learned Additional District and Session Judge, Chengalpattu has sent communication dated 09.11.2021, narrating the sequence of proceedings in O.S.No.278 of 2017 and sought further time of four months to complete the trial in the said case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to complete the trial in O.S.No.278 of 2017 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
