ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order in EP.No.555 of 2018.
2.Today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has produced a ''cheque'' for Rs.4,00,000/-(Rupees Four lakhs only) as the final settlement of the claim of the suit in O.S.No.461 of 2015 the said cheque has been received by the learned counsel for the respondent/decree holder, who undertakes to withdraw the execution petition in EP.No.555 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned IX Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.
3.The decree has been fully satisfied. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed on the above lines. No costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 20.02.2019 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes / No Speaking/non-speaking order

2.Today the learned counsel for the petitioner produced the copy of cheque bearing No.600053058 dated 29.01.2019 for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs only).
3.Hence, Registry is directed to incorporate "bearing No.600053058 dated 29.01.2019 " in the second line of paragraph No.2 after the word "cheque" and reissue certified copy of the order to the parties concerned on payment of necessary charges.
