This petition has been filed to grant stay of all further proceedings of the fair and final order dated 20.09.2017 made in I.A.No.571 of 2017 in O.S.No.28 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore pending disposal of the above first appeal.

2. This Court by order dated 03.12.2018 has stayed the passing of final decree alone until further orders. It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the appeal.
