The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial in O.S.No.140 of 2014, within a time frame.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the enquiry has been posted in the month of January, 2018. As such, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.140 of 2014.

3. In the light of the above observations, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu is called upon to expedite the trial in O.S.No.140 of 2014 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
