The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur to dispose of HMOP.No.26 of 2016 expeditiously within a stipulated period.
2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that in view of the pendency of Civil Revision Petition, the matter has been kept pending for quite some time. Subsequently, it is seen that the I.A.No.49 of 2017 in HMOP.No.26 of 2016 has been disposed on 29.06.2018. As such, there may not be any impediment to dispose of the main petition.
3. By taking into account the fact that the HMOP has been filed way back in the year 2016, the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur is called upon to dispose of HMOP.No.26 of 2016 expeditiously. within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
