CRP.No.3234 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J., By an order dated 26.02.2019, this Court disposed of CRP.No.3234 of 2018 with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Thiruvallur to dispose of the suit O.S.No.30 of 2007, within a period of six months. Thereafter the learned Additional District Munsif, submitted a requisition letter dated 18.12.2019 seeking further three months time to dispose of the suit and the same was granted by this Court.

2.Now, the learned Additional District Munsif, Thiruvallur by a letter dated 20.11.2020 seeks extension of time for a period three months on the ground that due to pandemic of Covid-19 the Court below could not dispose of the case within three months.

3.Having satisfied with reasons stated in the said letter of the learned Additional District Munsif, Thiruvallur, three months time is hereby granted to enable the learned District Munsif, Thiruvallur to dispose of the suit. 08.01.2021 rst Note: Issue order copy on 11.01.2021.
