ORDER

(Made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 29.09.2018 made in W.P.No.15904 of 2018, the present petition has been filed.

2.On the two earlier occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 24.08.2021. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the miscellaneous petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, W.A.SR.No.76507 of 2018 stands dismissed.
