Original Petition praying that this Honble Court be pleased that Letters of Administration to the property and credits of the deceased to have effect through out the whole of Union of India may be granted to them. This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Petitioners seek letters of administration in respect of the estate of T.M.Rajendran and T.M.Ravindran, who died on 26.08.2013 and 05.03.2016 respectively. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioners are the children of Kanakam, who is

the sister of T.M.Rajendran and T.M.Ravindran. The said T.M.Rajendran and T.M.Ravindran had died unmarried. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificates of the siblings T.M.Rajendran, T.M.Ravindran, Kanakam Krishnan and T.M.Surendran as Exs.P5, P6, P7 & P8 respectively. Publication has also been made in "Maalai Murasu" and "Trinity Mirror" and no objections have been received. Both the brothers have died prior to Kanakam Krishnan and their estate has devolved on Mrs.Kanakam Krishnan and T.M.Surendran. She died on 19.04.2017 and her brother T.M.Surendran died on 25.06.2017 unmarried. On the death of Surendran after Kanakam his share in the property also devolved on the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, the original petition is allowed granting letters of administration in respect of the properties mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners. Petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- Sd/.R.S.M.J 19.03.2019 //Certified to be a true copy// Dated this the day of 2019.
