...Petitioners

Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a succession certificate may be granted in favour of the 1st petitioner with the power to collect the securities and to receive interest dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities as listed out in Annexure -A and Annexure-B as specified in the Schedule. This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities belonging to the deceased Ramdev Jaju and Shanthi Devi .

2. The petitioners 1 to 7 are the sons and daughters of late Ramdev Jaju and Shanthi Devi. The petitioners 8 and 9 are the grandchildren through their pre-deceased son. Ramdev Jaju died on 16.02.2009 and his wife Shanthi Devi pre-deceased him on 27.07.1996.

3. The 1st petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the Death Certificate of the deceased Shanthi Devi and Ramdev Jaju as Ex.P1 and Ex.P2. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P3.

4. A perusal of Ex.P3 shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Ramdev Jaju and Shanthi Devi. The petitioners 2 to 9 have filed their consent affidavits expressing their consent for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the 1st petitioner.

5. In view of the above evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the 1st petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
