2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 02.11.2018, the respondent herein viz., Mr.Kandhiban, The Inspector of Police, Sholinghur Police Station, Vellore is personally present before this Court today.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the charge sheet has been lodged and taken on file in P.R.C.No.10 of 2018 dated 05.07.2018.
