Prayer: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1921 to punish the respondents for disobeying the order passed in CMP. No. 8372 of 2018 in W.A. No. 980 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) What has been passed is only an interim order for a period of three weeks. That period itself is over.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the payment of salary coupled with alleged removal.

3. We do not find any willful disobedience of the order passed by the Division Bench, as the order itself is only for a period of three weeks and this Court has already directed the writ appeal to be posted after vacation.

In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed. The Registry is directed to post the W.A. No. 980 of 2018 before the appropriate Bench for final disposal.
