ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from in any way preventing the petitioner from attending the third respondent college and discharging his duties as Assistant Professor (Computer Science).

2. In the order passed by this Court dated 04.10.2018 in W.P.No.30166/2018 itself the relief sought by the petitioner has been granted. However, it appears that the petitioner got into further troubles and enquiry has been initiated and on that score he was once again stopped by virtue of the order dated 07.07.2022.
