O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the interim order of this Court passed in WMP.No.15668 of 2018 in W.P.No.13300 of 2018 dated 05.06.2018.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on considering the submissions made and also on a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court finds that no contempt is made out as nothing was brought to the notice of this Court, indicating the violation of the interim order passed by this Court on 05.06.2018.

4. In such view of the matter, this contempt petition stands dismissed. No costs.
