The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the parties have settled the issue. A full satisfaction memo has also been

filed in the execution proceedings in E.P.No.11 of 2019 on the file of the file of the District Judge, Nagapattinam and the E.P has also been terminated by orders dated 30.08.2019. The attachment effected has also been raised.

Recording the above, the Original Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected application is closed. The learned counsel for the petitioner would seek for refund of the Court fee. The Registry shall refund the Court fee, if so permitted and to the extent of the amounts so permitted.
