Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to declare that the Petitioner/mother is the exclusive Guardian of the person and property of the minor Vishvaa Vaibhav, aged about 6 years and consequently to Restrain the Respondent from interfering with the custody of the minor with the petitioner.

herein and M/s.Geetha Ramaseshan, Advocate for the respondent herein and upon reading the petition and the memo filed herein dated 05.10.2021, and it is ordered as follows:- That the O.P.No.1053 of 2018 be and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing the Court made the following orders:- This petition is filed to declare that the petitioner/mother is the exclusive Guardian of the person and property of the minor Vishvaa Vaibhav, aged
about 6 years and consequently to restrain the respondent from interfering with the custody of the minor with the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner had filed a memo on 05.10.2021 requesting this Hon'ble Court to dismiss the above Original Petition as withdrawn.
3. The contents of the above said memo filed by the petitioner are extracted here:- "It is submitted that the above petition was filed for declaration that the Petitioner/mother is the exclusive guardian of the person and property of the minor Vishvaa Vaibhav. Now, the petitioner is withdrawing the above petition. 2.It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the above OP as withdrawn and thus render justice."
4.Accordingly, this Original writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Applications stand closed.
