JUDGMENT
The suit has been filed for mandatory injunction, directing the Grand Lodge of India and the defendants to conduct the Grand Festival 2018 in Nagpur on 24th and 25th November 2018 and to install, Mr.Rajeev Khandelwal, the Grand Master Elect as the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of India for the period 2018 to 2021.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs as well as learned counsel for the defendants that the meeting was already conducted as per the Schedule on 24.11.2018 and 25.11.2018 and the prayer sought for in the suit has become infructuous.
