This application is filed to condone the delay of 3881 days in filing the company application in S.R.No.41180 of 2018.

2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay of 3881 days is condoned.
