ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition and hence, this writ petition may be dismissed, with liberty to file a fresh petition by the husband of the petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition. 2.In view of the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
