This Court, by order dated 23.01.2019, had appointed one Mr.S.Senthil Kumaran, Advocate, as an Advocate Commissioner to seize and re-possess the vehicle.

2.Pursuant to the above warrant of commission issued by this Court, the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report dated 22.11.2019, which says that subject vehicle could not be located and hence, he was unable to execute the warrant. 3.In addition to the report a memo dated 22.11.2019 is also filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner seeking additional remuneration for the efforts undertaken by him in this regard. Considering the same, a further sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) is directed to be paid by the applicant as additional remuneration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.
