The contempt application is filed in respect of the non implementation of the order passed by this Court dated 10.10.2007 in W.P.No.18466 of 2014. In respect of the very same issue, the State preferred writ appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench and in view of the legal issues involved in this case with reference to the Amended Rule 11 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978, the case were now posted before the Full Bench for adjudication.
2. This being the factum, the contempt application stands closed. However, it is made clear that after the disposal of the appeals by the Full Bench, the writ petitioner is at liberty to reopen the contempt application.
3. Accordingly, the Contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
