Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for willfull disobedience of the order dated 19.03.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.486 of 2018.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.486 of 2018, dated 19.03.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent had complied with the order passed in the writ petition, by passing an order dated 11.09.2018. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the order dated 11.09.2018, which was also served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner today. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
