ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed without enclosing a copy of the pre-contempt notice. It is not known how the Registry also has numbered this petition.

2. This Court, in its order dated 27.4.2018, disposing of the writ petition, noting down the request of the petitioner agreeing to become a new consumer on payment of arrears and other charges applicable for restoration, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ directed the respondents to consider the pending

representation in terms of clause 22(7) of the Supply Code within a period of two weeks. Complaining that the respondents have not considered the petitioner's request to become a new consumer, has filed this contempt petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner wrote a letter to the respondents to indicate the payment of arrears and other charges applicable for restoration, there was no reply.

4. But no such letter has been enclosed. That shows that there is no letter sent by the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not able to find any case is made out for violation of the Court's order. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
