Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of Page No.1 of 4
India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 03.07.2018 bearing R.No.4049/2018/S1/ FSSA/ 41-1 and the consequential proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 04.07.2018 bearing reference ROC No. 5268/ DO/ CC/ 2018 and quash the same as illegal arbitrary malafide without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to continue to the petitioner in the 2nd respondent department as it was done in the case of other Food Safety Officer appointed along with the petitioner whose name was gazette on 20.04.2012 and continued in the 2nd respondent benefits, pay all monetary service and other service benefits together with arrears, revision etc., which the petitioner would have been entitled to had the impugned proceedings were not passed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents.
