ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent in the form of writ of mandamus for considering the revision of the petitioner filed in the month of August, 2018 challenging the sale certificate dated 12.12.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent society.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed a revision as early as in the month of August, 2018 challenging the sale certificate dated 12.12.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent society, the same has not yet been considered and disposed of by the 1st respondent.

3. In the light of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim, this court directs the 1st respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to the interested person, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
