ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to cancel the (i) Registered Document No.786 of 2011 dated 31.10.2011 on the file of the third respondent, (ii) Registered Document No.2314 of 2011 dated 31.10.2011 on the file of the third respondent and (iii) Registered Document No.616 of 2011 dated 29.01.2013 on the file of the third respondent in respect of the Property situated in Survey Nos.6530, 117/8, 118/5, 120/3, Door No.22/27, Krishna Street, T.Nagar, Chennai and to issue consequential direction to the third respondent to delete the entries that reflects the aforesaid document from the Encumbrance Certificate maintained by the third respondent herein.
2. Since the matter is covered by the orders of the Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel and others vs. Inspector General of Registration - 2024 (4) CTC, 769, this Court is not going into the facts of the case. Page No. 3 of 7
3. In the light of the Judgement passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel and Others vs. Inspector General of Registration - 2024 (4) CTC 769, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
