This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the order of the 2nd respondent in her Letter Lr.No.CFR/134/2018/SS dated 21.08.2018 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by virtue of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30584 of 2017 dated 15.11.2021, the second respondent cannot proceed with the enquiry by the impugned letter dated 21.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by recording the same, this Writ Petition may be closed. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents also submitted the same.
