Respondent Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in D.O.No.489 of 2018 in C.No.K1/13097/2018 dated 25.06.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits. O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for records of the impugned order passed in D.O.No.489 of 2018 in C.No.K1/13097/2018 dated 25.06.2018 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the order of suspension dated 25.06.2018, which is impugned in the present writ petition had been already revoked by the competent authority and the writ petitioner was reinstated in service. This being the factum of the present case, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
