Respondent Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent authority to consider and dispose of the petitioner's requisition dated 31.07.2018 and 14.07.2018 respectively regarding absorption of her to any one of the posts comes under the purview of employment exchange in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.45449 of 2002 dated 27.01.2003 and also in W.P.Nos.9710 and 10189 of 2009 dated 10.06.2009. For Petitioners: Mr.J.Nagarajan For Respondent : Mr.Karthik Ranganathan C O M M O N O R D E R [Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.] In view of the judgment dated 30.10.2018 made in W.P.No.26044 of 2018 and etc., batch, the writ petitions are disposed of with the following directions:- (i) It will be open to the petitioners to apply for the same post in which they are working or other posts, whenever a future selection takes place.

(ii) The Government will grant age relaxation to them to the extent of their service as temporary employees. (iii) The Recruiting Authorities would also give them https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

preference in the matter of appointment, subject to the communal reservation.
