Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling all the records pertaining to the passing of the posting order dated 26.7.2018 in proceedings No.4902/Vol-XLIV/0264/CA2 (MES) on the file of the second respondent and consequential movement order dated 8.9.2018 in proceeding No. lieu of IAFT1759 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same. O R D E R

The order of transfer dated 26.7.2018, transferring the writ petitioner from GE (NAVY) CHENNAI to CE CHENNAI ZONE, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents, brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 28.2.2019 and relieved from service. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
