O R D E R

By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representations dated 18.10.2016, 22.11.2016, 20.04.2017 and 23.04.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 18.10.2016, 22.11.2016, 20.04.2017 and 23.04.2018, requesting for a modified Two wheeler bearing vehicle Model TVS Excel 100 CC with 4 stroke to the second respondent, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.10.2016, 22.11.2016, 20.04.2017 and 23.04.2018, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the second respondent herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the second respondent as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent and the second respondents shall consider the matter sympathetically to supply the modified Two-wheeler to the petitioner.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
