This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the circular issued by the respondent bank fixing certain fees for verification of jewels pledged for jewel loan.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, it is stated that, the petitioner association has already approached the Central Industrial Tribunal seeking for regularisation of their service and consequential service benefits in I.D.No.20 of 2017 and is pending. In the said circumstances, the issue regarding fixing of wages also can be decided by the concerned Industrial Tribunal, and liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all those issues arises in this Writ Petition before the Central Industrial Tribunal.
3. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.02.2022 rpp 2/4
