PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ or order or orders or direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2018 by disbursing the petitioner's monthly salary.

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that, on account of certain mistake in identity, the salary of the writ petitioner has not been disbursed for the past about seven months. The writ petitioner is unable to get his salary and the attachment of salary has been issued in respect of another Mr.Vinoth Kumar and no way connected with the writ petitioner. The writ petitioner has already submitted a representation in this regard and the Authorities have to verify the identity and thereafter, take action for disbursing the salary due to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petitioner. However, no action has been taken by the respondents in this regard.

2. This being the factum, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 17.09.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copies of the representations and other documents, if any, available along with the orders passed in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
