The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to grant ex-gratia amount to her family due to the sudden demise of her husband Shri.R.Muthukrishnan, U/NVK(QA), 03598-H, enrolled person of Indian Coast Guard, reported to be dead, while he was on official duty on board in Air Force AN-32 RE Air Craft K-2743 of 33 Sqn. which met flying accident/missing over Bay of Bengal on 22.07.2016, by considering her representation dated 18.04.2018.
2. A counter affidavit is filed by the respondents wherein, it is stated that already the petitioner's representation was rejected by an order dated 22.01.2019 and delivered to the petitioner on 23.01.2019.
3. When that being the position, it is for the petitioner to challenge the said order in a manner known to law. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents shall furnish one more copy of the said order to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
