ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to pass orders in furtherance to the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.A1/175/2018, dated 12.3.2018 for removing the encroachment in the water body.
2. The learned Government Pleader (i/c.) states that the respondents shall pass appropriate orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all concerned.
In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader (i/c.), no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
