MURALI Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstance stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue appropriate order or direction or writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of petitioner school dated 29.08.2018 & 19.09.2018 and issue appropriate directions to respondents 2 to 5 to unlock and School Gate which was illegally locked by 3d respondent on 29.08.2018 and also to remove the illegal structures and debris dumped on the road by 6th respondent preventing access of Petitioner's school children and staff (in WP.No.
