Writ Petitions under article 226 of the Constitutions of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to establish and conduct State level and District Level Consumer Protection Council as per Section 7 and 8 (A) of the Consumer protection Act, 1986(in WP.26186/2018) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.EDWINPRABAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.MANOHARANN ADDL.GOVT.PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 3 the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
[Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.] Mr.E.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, submitted that, in view of recent Gaja Cyclone, meeting as ordered, could not be conducted, and official staffs involved in relief and rehabilitation work.
He further submitted that within two weeks, meeting as ordered by this Court, would be conducted.
