The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the case of the writ petitioner was considered by the respondents and the petitioner was appointed in the post of Sub-Inspector of Police (Finger Print). Thus, the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed. Therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 2.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
