ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the third respondent to produce the body of petitioner's son namely Kannan, son of Raja, aged about 25 years before this Court and set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu.
2. Today, the detenu has been produced before this Court. On enquiry, he expressed his willingness to go with the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
