The matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.This Court vide order dated 19.12.2019 made in W.P.Nos.26159 of 2018 and 5758 of 2019 had directed the Special Court, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur District to dispose of C.C.No.02 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

3.The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur vide letter dated 14.12.2020 in D.No.2112 of 2020 addressed to the Registrar General of this Court, has sought for further time to dispose of the case. 4.Considering the request made by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur, I am inclined to grant a further period of four months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.02 of 2019. 5.Accordingly, the Special Court, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur District is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.02 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
