As per the order passed by this Court dated 26.07.2018, the Registry has sent notice to R3 through the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur on 07.08.2018. But, so far the served notice not returned. Hence, the Registry is directed to send a remainder to the said Magistrate and get served copy of notice. Private notice was also permitted. But, the petitioner has not filed any proof of service. Hence, the petitioner is directed to send private notice to R3 and produce the proof. Call on 09.01.2019.
