Side) on instructions, submitted that investigation in B-13 Pothanur Police Station Crime No.208 of 2015 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact in RCS.No.39 of 2015 and the same was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VII, Coimbatore on 02.07.2015.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
