On representation of the learned counsel for the appellant side, this case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Mr.K.Moorthy, learned counsel for the appellant is present. The matter is settled as follows:
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT This Appellant preferred the appeal as against the judgement and decree in M.C.O.P.No.853 of 2011 dated 07.10.2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Sankagiri. 2.
Today, 14.10.2023, the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal filed by him. Further, the Appellant already deposited the entire award amount including interest. Also, he made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect. 3.
In view of the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
